A bond exists between artist, customer, glass, memories, the memorialized and those left behind. I promise to always honor that bond.
Your cremated ash is your sacred property and I give my word to treat it with respect at all times. Your ashes will never be in contact with another's. Only one order is worked on at a time allowing no chance for a mix-up. Such an event is unacceptable to me. It just simply can not be allowed. No way. Never.
